12th Hole Stroke index 3 Par 4

In the picture is the one and only "Treacle", a legend in his own mind.

The 12th hole measures 425 yards from the white tees, 394 yards from the yellow tees and 372 yards from the red tees. The 12th hole is the last leg of the so called "amen corner" which comprises the 10th, 11th and 12th.

Depending on which way the wind is blowing, and it nearly always is, this can be the toughest hole on the course. It is a long hole with a tight driving area which narrows at the average driving distance. There are trees left and right of the fairway all of the way down and a large fairway bunker strategically placed to make you decide whether to go for the green or not on windy days. There are no greenside bunkers instead there are grass banks on the right hand side of the green.
